For both your peace of mind and ours, our delivery options include tracking with Australia Post.

* Delivery times may vary based on your location, with rural areas experiencing longer durations.

Any delays encountered by Australia Post are beyond our control.

Processing Time

Upon receiving your payment, we process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We will send you an email once your order is on its way. Keep in mind that shipping times are additional to the 1-3 business days processing period.

Delivery Tracking

All orders include tracking information via email. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Lost Orders

If your order is not received after the estimated delivery date, we recommend waiting an extra few days to allow for postal delays. If you still have not received your order, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Corrections to Orders

If you happen to make a mistake with your order, please be sure to contact us straight away so we can rectify the situation before we post it out. Unfortunately, if you fail to reach out in time, we are unable to offer a refund (see our refund policy).

Damaged Items

We carefully pack our orders but in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Kindly provide your name, order number, and photos of the damage and we will promptly investigate the issue.
